One spoon cooking
Concerned about weight gain or high cholesterol?
My One Spoon Cooking method uses just one tablespoon of oil per dish—around 120 calories
—without compromising flavor or presentation.
Inspired by my experience with athlete-focused,
high-protein, low-calorie meals,
I craft daily menus that stay around 1,000 calories , except breakfast
while still feeling indulgent, satisfying,
and beautifully balanced.

Natural Umami, Crafted from Scratch
Every dish begins with handmade dashi
—a traditional Japanese broth made from natural ingredients like kombu and bonito flakes.
I never use MSG or artificial flavor enhancers.
Instead, I focus on drawing out authentic umami that is gentle, nourishing, and deeply satisfying
—just like home-cooked meals in Japan.
This delicate balance of flavor elevates each dish into something truly memorable.
